Regarding the registration fee, the following information is for your reference:
Registration fees include the following:
- Conference Welcome Packet,
- Attendance at all Technical Sessions (Keynote Speeches, Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, Breakouts, etc.),
- Coffee breaks and Lunches (all days of the conference),
- Conference Proceedings (CD form),
- Hard Copy of the Conference Program Guide,
- Certificate of Presentation/ Participation.
- Publication of Accepted Manuscripts in Scopus Indexed journal

Please note that:
- Only one author is free of charge to attend the conference for one accepted paper.
- The registration fee is the same regardless of whether the author attends the conference.
- Extra authors or the accompanying person should pay the special registration fee.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email to icbmsm2e2024@gmail.com.
- If the author wants to withdraw the manuscript or the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
- The conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of the above terms.
